Sazerac Recipe

- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Absinthe rinse
How to Make a Sazerac
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass without ice.
